Our Flock
Who are we? Stonehenge Lamb is the brand name behind Morrison & King, local producers of quality lamb at Countess Farm, Amesbury. Our flavoursome "Stonehenge Lamb" is slowly matured on the chalk downs of Salisbury Plain. The sheep themselves can often be viewed grazing in and around Stonehenge monument as we are tennants to both the National Trust and English Heritage. We supply half or whole butchered lambs that are availible to order - and yes that includes lamb chops!

Whats so special about us ?
Quite simply we believe that our produce is the best. Our lambs are born each year in May and are reared on some of the best chalk downland in England. Our lambs are part of a flock that has existed on the Stonehenge Estate for over 30 years and enjoy access to mixed grassland and pasture. We tend to allow our lamb to mature slightly longer than the supermarkets usually prefer. We do this because we believe you will enjoy it more this way. Its also more traditional. Try some of our lamb yourself to taste the difference.
